Spécialiste service client dédié / Dedicated Client Care Specialist (Contract)

Contract Dedicated Client Care Specialist to act as the dedicated liaison between Genetec and a defined subset of key customers across Genetec product lines (Video Surveillance, Access Control & LPR). Provide best-in-class technical support via email, phone, or onsite; document all customer issues in CRM, Clarizen and SharePoint; ensure incidents are addressed per SLA; conduct periodic management reviews and annual on-site or remote system assessments; perform regular diagnostic reviews and follow-up with comprehensive diagnostic reports; escalate issues through proper channels; collaborate with Field Engineering, Solution Architects, or Project Management teams; write technical documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience; fluency in French and English; excellent communication skills; strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; knowledge of Genetec products with at least 1 year of experience; knowledge of Windows 8/10 and Windows Server; networking principles and IP; PC configuration and troubleshooting; networking equipment troubleshooting. Preferred: knowledge of Spanish or other languages; experience with SQL databases; MCSE and/or CCNA certification.
