Job Summary
Manage photoshoots from start to finish, including talent sourcing, location scouting, contract management, casting, budget negotiation, and permit requests. Plan and oversee full logistics for shoots, covering equipment, travel, and team accommodations. Create detailed production schedules, assign creative tasks, and oversee post-production, content backup, and post-mortem reporting. Act as a stylist for internal projects, manage ambassador relations and product seeding, and organize sponsored events and on-field activations. Handle rigorous budget management, including invoicing and expense tracking. Support internal merchandising production. Bilingual (French/English), 3+ years in photo production, full-time role with hybrid schedule in Montreal.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in photo production
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields
- Excellent ability to make quick decisions on set to resolve unforeseen issues with agility
- Strong organizational skills in logistics and budgeting coupled with a great aesthetic eye
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken
- Basic proficiency in French
- Proficiency in English
- Residing in Montreal
