Job Summary
Run and maintain Python utilities for data extraction, transformation, and workflow automation. Configure PLM XML import/export modes to migrate or back up enterprise datasets while analyzing WSDLs, XML schemas, and SOAP/API responses for seamless system communication. Parse raw XML into structured formats like CSV, JSON, and PostgreSQL tables, investigating complex data relationships and product hierarchies. Validate extracted data for completeness and accuracy across supply and production flows, then document workflows, data mappings, and technical findings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in software development, data processing, or systems integration
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with PLM XML import/export processes, data migration, XML parsing techniques and XML schema concepts
- Previous experience working with PostgreSQL, CSV and JSON and the ability to create, query, and manage database tables
- Experience of using modern development tools and environments, including Visual Studio Code (VS Code)
- Good knowledge of Skywise
- Good understanding of hierarchical data structures and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Proficient in both French and English
