Job Summary
The Spécialiste Orthodontie & Implementation Clinique will integrate new clients and create personalized workflows tailored to the needs of each practice. Responsibilities include training new clients on the use of DentalMonitoring solutions, fostering existing client relationships, acting as a technical intermediary, and encouraging dental staff to adopt new protocols. The candidate should have strong experience in consulting and implementation of solutions, with an emphasis on building partnerships and excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics or equivalent
- Excellent understanding of consultative sales approach
- Good experience in consulting, training, and implementation of solutions
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients
- Good computer knowledge and strong interest in new technologies
- Diplomatic, active listening and empathy skills
- Ability to influence and encourage changes in clients' thinking
- Ability to prioritize tasks, organize and manage priorities
- Proactive and willing
- Autonomous, enthusiastic and curious
