Job Summary
Act as a Microsoft TEAMS Rooms expert and reference for implementation, deployment, and support of collaboration platform solutions. Execute technological infrastructure activities for operations and exploitation according to architectural designs, while drafting relevant deliverables aligned with expressed needs. Ensure daily maintenance of TEAMS Rooms environments at the Ministry and respond to ad hoc technical staff requests regarding installation and configuration. Conduct full documentation in compliance with Ministry standards, validate technological deliverables, and provide application support for TEAMS Rooms and associated software. Participate in new collaboration solution implementations, team follow-up meetings, and project tracking to report progress and potential risks. Adhere to mandate deadlines and support operations and project teams in preparing work execution plans.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en informatique ou son équivalent
- Cinq (5) ans d'expérience en technologie de l'information
- Trois (3) ans d'expérience en audiovisuel, au sein d'une organisation ayant au moins une dizaine de points de service
- Certification de spécialiste Microsoft TEAMS Rooms ou démonstration de la réalisation d'au moins deux (2) mandats de déploiement ou de soutien associé à la mise en place et/ou l'évolution de solutions TEAMS Rooms
- Deux (2) années d'expérience en déploiement d'infrastructure TEAMS Rooms
- Deux (2) années d'expérience en support technique du produit Microsoft TEAMS
