Job Summary
Experienced IPDP/Quality Assurance Specialist to support aerospace documentation and QA activities. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of technical data, with emphasis on IPC publication and APDP processes. Perform QA on technical documentation and deliverables, manage 16–20 Document Modifications per week, conduct spot checks for quality standards, and provide impartial technical assessments. Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure data accuracy and consistency, support IPDP processes including IPC publication, contribute to backlog management and workload planning, and work with a broader QA team to ensure delivery quality. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Canadian work authorization, proven aerospace documentation QA experience, strong IPDP/IPC knowledge, DM handling, independence, analytical and detail-oriented strengths, and client-facing or delivery experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Must be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have a Canadian Work Authorization
- Proven experience in aerospace documentation and QA
- Strong knowledge of IPDP processes and technical publications (IPC/Illustrated Parts Catalogue)
- Experience handling Document Modifications (DMs)
