Job Summary
Site HSE Specialist contract role on construction projects; act as primary on-site HSE contact, develop and implement Site HSE Plans, monitor HSE KPIs, lead incident investigations and corrective actions, analyze trends, and promote HSE programs (including We Care); requires CNESST CoSS certification, OHS diploma or CSP/CIH/NCSO certification, and bilingual French-English; on-site/hybrid remote work policy, with experience in high-voltage electrical safety and complex projects.
Required Qualifications
- CNESST certification (CoSS) for construction sites
- OHS diploma or professional certification (CSP, CIH, NCSO)
- Bilingual in French and English
- Experience in HSE on complex projects
- Incident investigation training
- Knowledge of electrical safety in high-voltage environments
