Job Summary
Conduct on-site inventory and assessment of lost or damaged personal effects for claims involving theft, water damage, fire, or other incidents. Assist in establishing itemized lists and evaluating contents using the edjuster proprietary process and Exclaim platform. Manage rapid, precise claim resolution while balancing on-site visits with remote work in the Greater Montréal area. This role focuses exclusively on content elements within claims, distinct from traditional insurance adjuster duties.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in claims management for content loss (effects/personal property)
- Ability to assist in establishing inventories for content loss claims
- Ability to evaluate content loss in claims
- Experience using the Edjuster proprietary platform Exclaim
- Ability to work on-site (field work)
- Ability to work from home
- Ability to travel within the designated Montreal area
