Job Summary
Conduct change management diagnostics, identify and analyze stakeholders, and gather their concerns. Draft the change management strategy, including communication and training plans, while evaluating organizational impacts. Facilitate workshops, coach project resources, and document training materials for delivery in-person or online. This Level III specialist role requires a university degree and 6 to 9 years of relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Posséder un diplôme universitaire de 1er cycle (BAC) en géomatique, en informatique, en génie approprié ou en administration avec option système d'information organisationnelle ou encore dans une discipline pertinente reconnue par le ministère de l'Éducation ou l'équivalent
- De 6 à 9 ans d'expérience pertinente dans les champs d'intervention spécifiés dans la demande d'intervention
