Align business best practices with corporate Lean Steering Committee standards and lead strategic planning, including SWOT and PESTEL evaluations. Develop, train, and coach new staff on Lean methodologies such as 5S, VSM, SMED, TPM, and transactional process improvements. Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC, Six Sigma, Kanban, and Kaizen while managing the Local Excellence Table to meet targets. Act as a change agent to foster an operational excellence culture, supervise team leaders and unionized employees, and conduct maturity assessments for Lean and operational performance systems. Manage daily performance management and facilitate workshops to drive organizational transformation.
