Job Summary
Technical Implementation Advisor responsible for configuring our software suite to meet client requirements, participating in discovery sessions to define technical needs, configuring workflows and business rules, acting as a client advocate to coordinate with cross-functional teams, assisting with end-to-end testing, troubleshooting, and training end-users (remote or on-site), and leveraging knowledge of the software’s capabilities to request product enhancements. Requires bilingual English/French communication and knowledge across networks, databases (MsSQL/PostgreSQL), VMs, VPN, and related technologies; additional qualifications include HTML, AJAX, XML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, Java/Tomcat, Docker/Ansible/Jenkins, and experience in parking enforcement/government software implementations. Flexible remote work from Quebec, Canada with a global client base.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BSc, related College Technical diploma; or equivalent applicable industry experience
