Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to new employee integration across the organization. Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and develop effective attraction strategies. Source qualified talent using creative techniques via LinkedIn, databases, and referrals. Maintain proactive communication with candidates throughout the process and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment systems and candidate experience. Keep candidate tracking systems current and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Maintain bilingual proficiency in French and English to facilitate communication across Canadian bases.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme ou certificat en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe
- Minimum de 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement
- Expérience dans un environnement à volume élevé
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft 365
- Connaissance approfondie d'Excel
- Connaissance approfondie de Word
- Connaissance approfondie d'Outlook
- Connaissance approfondie du calendrier
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et en constante évolution
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et organisationnelles
- Grand souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome
- Capacité à travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe
- Autorisation de travailler au Canada
- Excellente maîtrise du français
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais
- Bilinguisme (oral et écrit)
