Job Summary
Design and execute manual and automated tests to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle, while developing and maintaining end-to-end and system testing strategies. Apply exploratory testing techniques to deliver rapid feedback on features under development and conduct regression testing to ensure system stability following updates. Report, document, and track bugs through resolution, providing detailed reports on test execution results and identified issues. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and UX designers to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios, assessing and estimating testing effort for projects. Maintain testing environments within a CI/CD framework to identify issues before production deployment and drive continuous improvement by proposing new tools and practices to enhance QA efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3–5 years of experience in software testing, including system and end-to-end test design
- Comfort working across the full stack in a microservice architecture
- Cross-system thinker, comfortable mapping how workflows move across systems
- Solid understanding of cloud development, CI/CD, deployment, and the latest testing processes and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly document and share findings
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities
- Quick learner who takes ownership and accountability for their work
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with scripting languages
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, such as Playwright
- Proficiency in C# and familiarity with DevOps processes
