Job Summary
Bilingual inbound sales & retention specialist role in Montréal with hybrid in-person/remote work. Lead sales and customer service efforts, coach and supervise a team, drive growth through existing client relationships and incoming leads, monitor performance, and align with brand standards. Requires at least 1 year of sales/CC supervision experience, and fluency in French and English. Required Qualifications
