Job Summary
Customer Experience Representative (18-month contract) for TTI Canada, based in Montreal/Anjou, QC. Responsible for delivering best-in-class service to internal and external customers, ensuring accurate and timely order entry within 24 hours, verifying products and prices, informing customers by e-mail of order details including order number, unit prices, stock levels, shipping dates, and any delays. Supports Customer Service via e-mail and phone for order inquiries (ETA/tracking), pricing and availability, and basic product information. Collaborates on cross-functional tasks when required. Must be fluent in French and English, with at least 1 year in a Customer Service role. Undergraduate degree or college diploma required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Genesys, Cloud, and Oracle is a plus. Competitive base salary, company devices, and paid vacation accrued at contract end. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role
- Licence ou diplôme d'études supérieures / Undergraduate degree or college diploma
- Proficiency in written and spoken French and English
- Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office
- Experience with Genesys, Cloud and Oracle is an asset
