Job Summary
Manage front office contributions and handle written requests, activations, and transfers received from customers. Process simple complaints and administer TARI cards while serving as the primary point of contact for the dedicated waste tariff desk. Work 38 hours weekly from Monday to Friday in a hybrid setting with a temporary contract for one year. Salary ranges from €30,000 to €32,000 gross annually under the FEDERGASACQUA collective agreement.
Required Qualifications
- diploma in ambito economico/giuridico
- orientamento al risultato e al problem solving
- utilizzo del pacchetto office e degli applicativi per la gestione dei tributi
- attitudine a lavorare in gruppo
- passione, interesse e predisposizione per le attività a contatto con l'utenza esterna
