Job Summary
Manage volunteer fundraising teams through relationship management, recruitment, and cross-departmental project coordination. Provide administrative support for the Women's Philanthropy team, including schedule management, donor inquiries, and front-line customer service for stakeholders and agencies. Coordinate key initiatives to track progress and flag issues, while utilizing Salesforce and databases to analyze data and run reports. Support the marketing department on donor materials and handle event logistics, including registration and post-event follow-ups. Provide logistical support for the Lion Cub program and work independently to meet timelines. Full-time permanent role with hybrid work flexibility, nights, and weekends available.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 Years of Experience creating systems and general administrative management
- Advanced technical skills to support use of Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively, handling many responsibilities at the same time
- Excellent computer software skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook) and an aptitude to learn new software and database programs
- Strong analytical capability with excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiasm, creativity, innovation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work some nights and/or weekends
- Experience in Salesforce (or another CRM)
- Union Level 4
- Salary range: $62,00-$67,000 annually, based on experience
- Flexible work schedule and hybrid work
