Specialist, WCD Programs

Provide case management, needs assessments, and employment counseling to help participants overcome barriers and achieve employment success. Facilitate job readiness workshops, connect individuals to training opportunities, and develop individualized employment plans while tracking progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of case management experience, and bilingual Spanish/English skills. Bilingual candidates with Salesforce experience are preferred. Hourly rate is $26.00. Full-time positions include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
