Job Summary
Establish and lead a brand-new oncology service within Western Canada's premier specialty and emergency hospital. Design the department layout, workflow, equipment selection, and clinical processes alongside leadership to shape the future of oncology at Pulse Veterinary Specialists & Emergency. Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team of specialists across cardiology, critical care, dentistry, emergency, internal medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, radiology, and surgery to deliver integrated care for complex cases. Practice in a modern facility equipped with MRI, CT, cone beam CT, digital radiography, fluoroscopy, three surgical suites, and dedicated neurosurgery capabilities. Board-Certified Veterinary Oncologists (ACVIM) or board-eligible candidates nearing residency completion are required. Live and work in the Edmonton area, offering access to the Rocky Mountains and vibrant community life.
