Job Summary
Specialist, Vendor Performance within the Default Solutions division, reporting to the Manager, Collections and Recoveries as part of the Managed Services Team. Responsible for monitoring and managing Law Firms, Collection Agencies, Skip Tracers and/or Process Servers in accordance with client expectations and guidelines; using KPI reporting to identify opportunities for coaching/feedback to vendors; managing network communications, file escalations, and vendor performance assessments with feedback and follow-up workplans; acting as SME in project work and in system testing; requires 3-5 years in Collections/Litigation/Debt Recovery and strong MS Office/CRM skills; travel within Canada and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset to drive program standards and client value.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience (3-5 years) in Collections, Litigation and/or debt Recovery with secured/unsecured bank products
- Knowledgeable on legal remedies for consumer & commercial accounts
- Prior credit lending experience an asset
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Positive, self-motivated, customer-focused, assertive, with the ability to learn quickly, take initiative and work independently
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and demonstrated experience working with CRMs
- Ability to travel within Canada (minimal)
