Job Summary
Process and modify Purchase Orders in SAP/PLM/IBT systems, ensuring accurate costing and timely transmission to Infor Nexus. Monitor invoicing status, coordinate shipment arrangements with vendors and logistics, and troubleshoot system issues for factories. Establish and maintain vendor profiles across multiple platforms, manage on-boarding training, and prepare management reports and vendor scorecards. Analyze data to track cotton chains and cross-check accuracy across the team. This role supports Centric Brands' lifestyle brand collective by driving operational efficiency and vendor performance in apparel, accessories, and beauty segments.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis (e.g., macros, Power BI, VBA)
- Experience or expertise in SAP is essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to details
- Good verbal and written English communications skills
