Job Summary
Lead end-to-end onboarding of institutional clients and funds for OTC derivatives, ETD clearing, and fixed income products, ensuring regulatory and credit controls, and coordinating with legal, credit, and operations teams. Translate business requirements into clear updates for stakeholders, validate onboarding documentation and collateral, maintain risk-aware trackers and periodic status reports, and drive process improvements leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions. Requires strong knowledge of OTC/ETD product structures, ISDA/Repo/MSFTA agreements, and regulatory reporting, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to support reporting and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Strong knowledge of client onboarding processes within financial services
- Proven expertise in derivatives documentation (OTC and ETD) and related agreements
- 5+ years of work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
