Specialist, Technical Sales (Licensing Associate, Korean Speaker) at Concentrix in Malaysia. Provide Licensing Consultancy & Deal Construct Support for designated Microsoft Commercial Volume licensing programs (EA/EAS/SCE; OLP/OV/OVS; MPSA; CSP; MCA-E; OSPA China) and collaborate with Renewal Specialists, Channel Partners, and internal stakeholders to renew and expand customer licensing deals. Responsibilities include understanding customer licensing scenarios and timelines, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, preparing value propositions, leveraging deal resources, coordinating pre-approvals, and ensuring adherence to Microsoft policies while delivering high-quality service.
