Job Summary
The Specialist, Technical Sales is responsible for generating new business and ensuring the growth of existing accounts within an assigned territory. This role involves assessing customer needs, providing technical solutions, and resolving client issues while fostering relationships to enhance sales opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering technical training, preparing and delivering technical proposals, advising on product aspects, and consistently following up on sales opportunities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Malaysian citizen / based in Malaysia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cloud-related roles
- Proven closing sales experience
- Strong understanding of major cloud platforms
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Cloud certification (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Experience supporting ANZ market
