Job Summary

Design and execute integrated marketing support, high-impact technical education, and experiential activations across top-tier regional accounts. Deliver advanced technical education programs tailored to premium retail segments while managing end-to-end regional event logistics and vendor coordination. Cultivate strategic relationships with brand ambassadors and analyze store performance data to identify commercial growth opportunities. Orchestrate flagship visual merchandising deployments and adapt regional product launch strategies based on central directives. Synthesize macro territory insights and competitor movements into strategic briefs for sales leadership. This role requires up to 60% travel, a company vehicle, and living within an hour's drive of Montreal. Fluency in both Canadian French and English (C1+) is required.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of functional experience within technical product education, wholesale sales management, event operations, or integrated brand marketing
  • Proven track record navigating matrixed corporate environments and managing complex projects with separate internal and external stakeholder groups
  • Deep structural understanding of the performance running, outdoor, and specialty sporting goods landscapes, including consumer behavioral shifts and emerging retail trends
  • Expertise presenting high-altitude strategic frameworks and deep technical concepts to corporate buyers, retail owners, and industry professionals with declarative confidence
  • Advanced proficiency in digital project management software, data analytics platforms, and modern social media ecosystems to scale ambassador impact
  • Proven ability to proactively navigate ambiguity, pilot experimental event formats, and manage high-impact stretch assignments autonomously
  • Willingness to navigate a travel-intensive schedule of up to 40% across the designated territory while living within commutable proximity to Montreal, Canada
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of the pre-employment process
  • Fluent in both Canadian French and English (C1+) in speaking, reading, and written communication
  • Must be able to travel up to 60%
