Specialist Technical HSE– Offshore Water Injection Project

Lead technical HSE and process safety expertise throughout the lifecycle of the Offshore Water Injection Project, covering FEED, engineering, construction, and commissioning phases. Facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, Bow-Tie Analysis, SIMOPS, ENVID, SIL, and risk assessment workshops while reviewing process safety design requirements and safety-critical elements. Develop and maintain project risk registers, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, and support ALARP demonstrations for brownfield modifications and offshore activities. Prepare and review fire and gas detection, fire protection, emergency shutdown, and escape, evacuation, and rescue analyses. Ensure compliance with ADNOC requirements, international standards, and ISO 45001/14001 systems, including internal and external audits. Evaluate contractor plans, monitor compliance with HSE requirements, and participate in incident investigations to drive continuous safety improvement.
