Job Summary
Specialist Technical Delivery focuses on owning BAU support and ensuring the reliability of DKSH Power Platform, AI and cloud solutions. Provides L1-L3 incident support, and delivers enhancements using Power Platform tools, AI, .NET, APIs, databases, and Azure services. Key responsibilities include triaging incidents across Power Apps, Power Automate, custom connectors, AI, SharePoint, and Dataverse-backed solutions; performing root-cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes; managing release of fixes with controlled deployments; delivering enhancements within guardrails; governance alignment and environment administration; maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and handover materials; standardizing across the portfolio; and ensuring clear communication with business users and coordination with API/SAP integration teams. Required skills include Power Platform development expertise, Azure cloud knowledge, OCR/AI knowledge, solution packaging/ALM, and strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Expert in Power Platform development (model-driven apps, custom API connectors, Dataverse, A.I builders)
- Azure cloud knowledge (Azure Blob Storage, Function App / Logic Apps)
- OCR/Document Intelligence knowledge or related A.I workflows
- Experience with Power Platform solution packaging and ALM
- Full-stack application development familiarity
- Proven troubleshooting of production issues and end-to-end fixes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and RCA skills
- Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders
