Job Summary
Drive execution of employee and leadership development frameworks, programs, and policies including job rotations, mentoring, coaching, and assessments. Coordinate external vendors, monitor the talent development budget, and ensure effective resource allocation. Support implementation of leadership development frameworks across populations while preparing executive-level talent materials with accurate data integrity. Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Strategic Workforce Planning teams to deliver integrated solutions that build critical capabilities and reinforce desired behaviors. Facilitate talent discussions to ensure alignment and consistency of data across functions and regions.
