Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process from requirements analysis through interview coordination to final contract negotiation and successful hiring. Advise HR colleagues and subject matter experts on operational and strategic recruitment workflows while developing targeted sourcing strategies aligned with company goals. Serve as the single point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the application journey and contract discussions. Drive innovation by testing new channels and methods to modernize recruitment and lead transformative HR projects focused on employer branding.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit personalwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im End-to-End Recruiting im Corporate Umfeld
- idealerweise in der Bau- oder Immobilienwirtschaft
- Tiefgehende digitale Kompetenz
- Kenntnisse in Künstlicher Intelligenz
- Leidenschaft für moderne Kommunikationsstrategien über Social Media
- Gespür für Recruiting-Trends, Innovationen und Marktsituation
- Professionelles und verbindliches Auftreten
- Selbstständigkeit
- Kreativität

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
