Lead end-to-end recruiting processes from requirements analysis through final contract negotiation and successful hiring. Advise and partner with HR colleagues and subject matter experts on operational and strategic recruiting workflows. Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies aligned with company goals while managing external consulting firms. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout interviews and negotiations by serving as the single point of contact for applicants. Drive innovation by testing new channels and methods to future-proof recruiting and lead transformative HR projects focused on recruiting and employer branding. Requires a relevant degree, two years of corporate recruiting experience, and strong digital skills including AI. Full-time contract for two years with flexible working options.
