Job Summary
Senior Systems Engineering Specialist – Mission Systems in Greenville, TX. Responsible for requirements, development support, and integration of Operator Workstation capabilities across multiple platforms/programs; responsible for issue investigation/resolution, submitting bids/proposals, and documenting status in Jira/Confluence. Collaborates with customers, system engineers, and system architects to develop requirements; tests/troubleshoots Operator Interfaces; communicates use cases to software developers. Requires Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) with experience in systems/software engineering; active Top Secret/SCI to be considered; familiarity with IBM DOORS, JIRA/Confluence, Agile, and RC-135 Operator Interfaces is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior systems/software engineering experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum 2 years of prior systems/software engineering experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum 8 years of prior systems/software engineering experience
- Demonstrated experience engaging with internal/external stakeholders, up to and including customer and/or executives
- Demonstrated experience working through an entire build cycle
- Demonstrated understanding of systems engineering life cycle
- CompTIA Security+ (current or able to obtain within within 12 months of start date)
