Job Summary
Research order availability issues for the contract channel and resolve outstanding delayed deliveries by working with TX, Logistics, and trade customers. Monitor open orders in assigned regions, perform quality assurance for order processing, and maintain key metrics including lines per hour and eCRM utilization. Identify systemic problems, evaluate potential solutions, and make recommendations for a course of action while utilizing Standardized Work methodology to eliminate process wastes. Be available for internal process partners to create or cancel delivery documents and implement automation within team databases. Fulfill orders for trade partners and end consumers, including daily optimization of truckloads shipping directly to Factory Distribution Centers and Regional Distribution Centers. Work cross-functionally to determine areas of opportunity in resolving at-risk orders and communicate solutions and updates to process partners and customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain Order Management
- Flexibility with schedule to include working 10-7 EST late shift
- This position is located in Center if local, based on Whirlpool corporate standards
