Specialist Supply Chain Sustainability

The Specialist is responsible for advancing ethical sourcing, human rights, and social compliance across Hasbro's global supply chain, collaborating with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to coordinate third-party social compliance audits (including RBA assessments). You will review audit results and corrective action plans, support remediation, maintain audit documentation, and support licensed consumer products supply chains. The role supports human rights due diligence, supply chain monitoring, grievance mechanism programs, and external ESG reporting, and contributes to supplier risk assessments, trend analysis, and policy reviews. Data-driven reporting and maintaining templates/tools are also key. The position will be onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s new Boston HQ (and interim on-site in Pawtucket, RI or Boston) with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration across regions (North America and Europe). You’ll bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and experience in ethical sourcing or social compliance, plus familiarity with RBA or Disney standards; experience with data systems or ESG reporting is a plus.
