Job Summary
Specialist – Supplier Relations develops and manages Wesco's supplier partnerships for IT networking product lines (Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Aruba). You will coordinate supplier communications, prepare meeting materials, maintain scorecards and KPI dashboards, analyze fill rates, delivery performance, and cost changes, support contract renewals, pricing updates, and supplier-funded marketing or training initiatives, and assist with demand planning and ERP-based supplier data and documentation workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or administrative support
- Experience in IT solution design with Cisco, Arista, Juniper Networks, and Aruba networking products preferred
- Current Cisco, Arista, Juniper Networks, and Aruba Networking Certifications preferred
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Proficiency with Excel and basic reporting tools
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
