Job Summary
Facilitate urgent component information requests from Business Units and maintain the GPDB database, including updates to metal adjustors, pricing, and contract end dates. Process Price Change Notifications, enter data into the cost savings tracker, and ensure sign-offs are released to affiliates. Support new supplier registration, file non-disclosure agreements in SharePoint, and participate in continuous improvement of supplier metrics and KPIs. Manage invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable, conduct roadmap audits on volume and pricing accuracy, and support the SAP Tool PO process. Assist with special projects, develop training guidelines, and manage the Supplier Change Request process. This role offers direct exposure to industry experts within Yazaki's global vehicle power and data solutions team.
Required Qualifications
- An associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Automotive or related experience, preferably at least 2 years
- Application of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
