Job Summary
Spec, Sales Support Admin provides support to Sales Representatives in the field to allow them to devote more time to closing sales. In addition to supporting Sales Representatives, the Spec, Sales Support Admin helps drive revenue by leveraging data analytics to identify potential opportunities for growth and ensuring Cardinal Health is not vulnerable to losing business. Responsibilities include managing several Certified or Non-Certified Suppliers for Optifreight Logistics and converting outreach opportunities to OFL managed volume, handling Salesforce cases from within the Supplier Team and cross-functional groups, updating supplier profiles, and assisting with disengagement efforts. Requires experience with supplier/account management, strong communication with multiple stakeholders, and proficiency in MS Office. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Proven ability to engage and manage suppliers
- Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Works well under direct supervision and receives detailed instructions
