Job Summary
Assess learning needs, plan and implement educational activities, and evaluate outcomes to enhance staff competence. Participate in evidence-based research and activities designed to improve health delivery while providing leadership and supporting life-long learning. Complete assigned goals and maintain BLS instructor licensure within 90 days of hire. Requires RN with Pediatric ICU or ER experience, minimum three years post-degree, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). ANCC Board Certification and computer literacy are required.

- BLS Instructor within 90 days of hire
- 3 years work experience in related field after degree/license obtained
- Bachelors degree
- Computer literacy
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric Intensive Care or Pediatric Emergency Room Experience
- Masters degree
- ANCC Board Certification
- ACLS and PALS instructor
