Job Summary
Implement PSRA execution plans to enforce Kemira strategy and develop solutions for regulatory compliance in assigned product lines. Manage and lead registration, notification, and permit processes while independently creating regulatory data, documents, and hazardous classifications. Prepare stakeholder training, provide expert advice to support customer compliance, and coach others on product safety evaluations. May act as a project manager for short- and medium-term regulatory development projects. This role requires a university degree in Chemistry or related fields, 5+ years of experience in Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs, and fluency in English plus a local language. Starting salary is $100,000 to $125,000 per year with hybrid work options in Atlanta, Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Chemistry, Environment, Biology or relevant major
- 5+ years of working experience in Product Stewardship and Regulatory Affairs
- Advanced knowledge on regional/global core regulations for Kemira products and applications
- Experience working in chemical industry
- Project management skills
- Analytic mindset with capabilities to interpret and translate the regulatory requirements into actionable plans and conclusion
- Fluent in English (read, write and speak) plus local language
