Job Summary
Spa-focused role providing safe and effective massage and therapy services to guests; maintain and organize treatment rooms and schedule, understand all spa services, packages, and retail products, and educate guests on product usage. Responsibilities include building professional relationships with spa clientele, adhering to resort policies, and supporting department meetings. Required to hold a High School diploma or equivalent and Colorado massage therapy license; must be able to stand long hours and work weekends/holidays. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong communication skills are expected; college hospitality or business degree is preferred and bilingual abilities are helpful. Starting wage ranges from $0.01 to $25.01 per hour with full-time/part-time shifts available and housing is provided. The position is based in Keystone, Colorado, US, and requires in-person work.
