Job Summary
On-site liaison responsible for monitoring end-to-end production across a portfolio of factories to ensure adherence to VF quality standards, production timelines, and operational expectations. Lead data-driven risk assessment, pre-production meetings, and mass-production adherence to SOPs; drive continuous improvement and escalate deviations. Manage daily production issues in collaboration with VF functions and factory partners; validate production schedules to achieve OTP targets; make real-time production decisions including line balancing and automation recommendations. Assist in supervising startup for high-risk styles with QM, verify social/environmental compliance actions, support automation adoption, and prepare production reports for management. Requires frequent travel to factory sites across the region; strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration with factory teams and internal stakeholders. Desired background includes product-category knowledge, manufacturing processes, and the ability to work in a cross-cultural, global environment; Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2–3 years of relevant experience; English fluency is required, with additional languages considered a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production operations or technical roles
- Experience working with overseas factories and multi-cultural factory management teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages (Vietnamese, Khmer, Mandarin) are a plus
