Job Summary
Leads client discovery and workshops to ensure the proposed solution delivers customer success and ROI, delivering presentations and product demonstrations to varied audiences. Collaborates with sales teams, partners, and product management to understand Salesforce solutions and roadmap, advocates for features, and develops scalable enablement assets to accelerate adoption across customers and sales teams. Communicates the business value of Marketing Cloud and AI-enabled solutions to both business and IT stakeholders, and stays current on innovations in customer experience management. Based in London as part of the UKI Sales team, the role involves engaging with customers to address key business challenges and drive revenue growth through Marketing Cloud, AI, and data-platform capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Essential Requirements: Some experience working within a Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales or Implementation role
- B2B or B2C Marketing Experience
- Experience working in Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms and AI
- Be an autonomous self-starter that is able to learn, lead and prioritise tasks and time effectively
- Persuasive verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills that inspire change in large organisations
- Passion for storytelling to bring customer engagements to life using impactful presentation and solution demonstration content
- Technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Technical expertise in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, Customer Data Platforms
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Account Engagement, Engagement or Next/Advanced) experience a plus
- Experience in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, RedShift)
- AI: Data Engineering, machine learning, Vector Databases & RAG
- Experience in post-sales implementations
