Job Summary
Specialist, Software Engineering (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM) at CMHC. Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions; develop and customize plugins to extend platform functionality; configure CRM components (forms, entities, fields, workflows, business process flows); build integrations with internal systems (e.g., D365 Finance); implement security controls to protect data and ensure compliance; produce and maintain technical specifications and documentation; support application maintenance and full SDLC delivery through production; engage with clients to assess system needs, document processes, and recommend solutions with impact analysis. Temporary position for 15 months, hybrid work model with offices in Ottawa (ON) and Montreal (QC). Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 5+ years of experience, Dynamics CRM expertise, cloud experience, end-to-end project experience, and strong communication skills. bilingual asset (French/English). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience programming, developing, and implementing business applications
- Expertise in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Expertise with cloud-based systems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)
- Project experience with end-to-end solution implementation, including planning, estimation, and solution architecture
- Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, DevOps
- Strong interpersonal and business competencies, including teamwork, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
