Job Summary
Capture, edit, and publish platform-native video, photography, and graphics for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube using mobile tools and AI-assisted workflows. Identify emerging social trends, engage with online communities, and monitor performance data to refine content strategy. Partner with Brand, Creative, and Channel Marketing teams to align daily output with campaign priorities and brand positioning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience creating short-form video and social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, audience behaviors, and platform-specific content strategies
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar platforms
- Experience capturing and editing content using mobile and lightweight production tools
- Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and modern content production workflows
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio showcasing social media content creation, including short-form video, visual storytelling, and platform-native content formats
- The employee must frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
