Job Summary
Deliver social and digital elements of integrated campaigns for CGU and WFI, translating messaging into channel-specific content that drives engagement, reach and conversion. Plan and manage a coordinated content calendar, create on-brand content across formats, monitor performance with data-driven optimisation, amplify campaigns via paid media, and enhance digital journeys including landing pages. Manage day-to-day social publishing and community engagement while upholding a consistent brand voice.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience across social and digital channels, including paid media with a focus on execution and optimisation
- Ability to create engaging content across formats such as copy, video or simple visuals
- Confidence using data and analytics to guide decisions and improve performance
- Strong understanding of social platforms, trends and audience engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organised and detail-focused
- Collaborative mindset with cross-team and external partner collaboration
- Curiosity to learn, test new ideas and adapt to evolving digital landscapes
