Job Summary
Process service part requests accurately and ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy through SAP transactions and system updates. Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment, create intra-company orders, and monitor inventory levels to support replenishment activities. Coordinate domestic and international shipments with Logistics and Shipping teams, track deliveries to depots, and provide delivery updates to internal stakeholders. Prioritize service orders based on operational requirements and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Technical Services teams to resolve inventory and shipment issues. Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
- Broad understanding of inventory operations and logistics processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under time-sensitive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical service or aftermarket operations
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory best practices
- Experience with SAP inventory transactions and order processing
- Industry experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, or Technical Services
- SAP experience preferred
