Job Summary
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition creation to offer acceptance, including developing job descriptions, posting positions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate communication. Partner closely with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies using channels like LinkedIn Recruiter and employee referrals. Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit, negotiate offers, and maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build talent pipelines for critical roles while staying abreast of industry best practices. Recommend and drive employee engagement activities and support various HR initiatives as required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and professional roles
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment
- Experience with sourcing
- Experience with interviewing
- Experience with offer management
- Experience with onboarding
- Strong proficiency in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong proficiency in using sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Excellent communication skills
