Job Summary
Specialist SAP Master Data Management (MDM) responsible for developing and managing MDM strategies, processes, and governance concepts; implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA MDM with data quality focus. Responsibilities include maintaining, validating, and approving key master data objects in SAP; performing data migrations and mass data updates; creating analyses, reports, and KPIs to monitor data quality; leading MDM projects; developing policies, standards, and best practices; ensuring availability and reliability of MDM services through collaboration with IT and business units; and conducting training sessions on master data maintenance and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in Master Data Management (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
- Hands-on SAP experience with master data objects (e.g. Material Master, Business Partner) and their maintenance/optimization
- Strong commitment to data quality and understanding of completeness and plausibility checks
- Fluent written and spoken English in an international environment
