Job Summary
Design and configure SAP S/4 HANA core to meet business requirements, implementing critical Accounting capabilities and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Lead the migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA Intelligent Enterprise by architecting seamless integration between Advanced Intercompany and modules including FI, MM, OTC, PP, and third-party systems. Participate in ERP implementation projects covering blueprinting, gap analysis, testing, go-live, and post-production support while providing mentoring to team members. Create and maintain critical documentation such as technical assessments, configuration specs, and user manuals to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards. Translate business requirements into cost-effective design options using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and develop innovative solutions leveraging AI/ML.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree
- Master's degree in computer science or STEM majors
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM majors
- Diploma in computer science or STEM majors
- 4 to 6 years of SAP implementation experience in SAP S/4 SD
- 6 to 8 years of SAP implementation experience in SAP S/4 SD
- 10 to 12 years of IT or years of SAP implementation experience in SAP S/4 SD
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring and integrating all aspects of SAP S/4 Finance solution for global deployments
- Focus on SAP Finance (General Ledger accounting, SD & MM Account Determination, Indirect Tax, Intercompany & Intracompany) and Controlling modules (Product Costing, Cost Object Controlling, Material Ledger, Actual Costing, Transfer Pricing, Valuation Approach)
- Understand manufacturing processes with Inventory & Cost Accounting and intercompany transfer pricing
- Experience with S/4HANA Advance intercompany STO and Sales process
- Demonstrated understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Ability to clearly communicate key accounting concepts
- Collaborate with integrated agile product teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules (e.g. SD, MM, PP, Tax) and external systems
- Perform mentoring to team members
- Ability to design and implement solutions based on business requirements, including debugging and root cause analysis
- SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4 Hana Financial Accounting
- SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4 Hana Management Accounting
Desired Qualifications
- Agile Certified Practitioner (preferred)

- Proficiency in Fiori Apps
- Good understanding of Cross functional interdependencies

- Experience working in an agile environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Knowledge in Master Data Governance tool (MDG)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance
