Job Summary
Specialist SAP Applications - Finance role focusing on managing day-to-day operating expenditures within the SAP FICO domain, developing SAP application solutions aligned to architecture standards, gathering business requirements, providing SDLC-backed development, and sharing best practices with teams. Requires hands-on understanding of SAP FICO applications, architecture, design and deployment processes, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent with up to two years of experience. Proficiency in SAP FICO, SAP SDLC, SAP integration, and office productivity tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent
- Up to two years' experience in similar role
- Demonstrate basic SAP application (functional, business or industry) and technical finance operation knowledge
- Demonstrate SAP SDLC experience in FICO modules.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in SAP integration
- Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
