Job Summary
Specialist Sales Operations supports the Direct Sales KAMs across EMEA by orchestrating day-to-day activities, maintaining data accuracy, preparing polished materials (price lists, product info, release communications, sales assets), and ensuring cross-functional alignment. You’ll turn sales and shipment data into clear insights, provide stock/allocation updates, support launches and promotions, and coordinate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Finance, and Operations to keep releases on track. The role involves creating and distributing Release Packages, managing purchase orders, resolving pricing/invoice/rebate queries with Finance, and driving continuous improvement of templates and processes. The ideal candidate has experience in sales support or commercial operations, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools, and a collaborative mindset with room to grow into a broader commercial role. Travel up to 5% for customer meetings or trade shows. Knowledge of SAP is a plus; additional European languages are a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales support, commercial operations, customer service, or a related business function.
